Former Grantville Official Has Distain for Military Veteran and Plans to File Suit

At a March 2024, Grantville City Council meeting, Charles Phillips (Red) was appointed to serve on a committee board. Just after the meeting concluded, Red threatened Georgia Transparency (GT) that he put his hands on him. This was just after Red’s wife Talyor was questioned about previous criminal charges. Taylor Phillips was also appointed to the committee board the same night. Taylor as a newly appointed Grantville public official openly stated that GT is a pedophile. A lawsuit has been filed and currently in litigation in the Coweta County Superior Court (SUV2024001394).

Just after being appointed as Grantville Public Officials, Red threatened GT with harm and Taylor falsely labeled GT as a pedophile.  

Red and Taylor resigned from the committee boards just after both attempted to have GT prosecuted for harassment. Both applied for an arrest warrant against GT (Russell) in the Coweta County Magistrate Court. The warrant failed and was not granted. The reasoning behind such warrant request was that GT was requesting Taylor to retract the statement that GT is a pedophile.

Since Red’s sentence for disorderly conduct and the closing of Reds Grub Shack, Red is still being Red.

Just recently Red has been posting on Facebook and multiple different Facebook pages. While Red is guaranteed his First Amendment Right, you’d be surprised at some of his comments.

In a recent comment towards Army Veteran, Red stated, “I piss and shit on your military service.”

Red has also made countless threats of filing litigation against GT. However, Red has failed to do such a thing. Red offered GT to mediate and litigate outside of court. Red’s statement, “we mediate and litigate outside of court if you wanna go ahead and make me an offer.”

It appears that Red’s Grub Shack became less and less popular after Red attended a Grantville City Councill meeting and tried to block GT’s camera. Moreover, Reds’ continued efforts led to his ultimate failure. Now many can see how Red conducts himself after his failure in the comments of what he posts on Facebook.
